Tasting Notes
Our '05 Sauvignon Blanc is a natural beauty, with a natural purity and freshness that is simply delicious. This is an invigorating wine that is wonderful on its own or alongside a wide range of foods. This white wine has bright fruit notes of ripe pear and citrus blossoms on the nose. On the palette there are succulent flavors of white peaches, apricot, pineapple and honeydew. With a honeysuckly finish, the crisp and clean wine delivers with a truly unique union of fruit and spice.

Wines bearing flashy labels at times disappoint, but that's not the case with this zinfandel from Dry Creek Valley in Sonoma. The label screams cowboy, and the wine is simply delicious. It's a big, juicy mouthful of dark berry and cherry flavors laced with wild herb and pepper notes. Nicely balanced, with soft tannins, it would complement a variety of meats.
